Pyridostigmin bei LEMS: kein Zusatznutzen

Ein Zusatznutzen durch die Kombination von 3,4-DAP mit Pyr konnte in der Studie - s.u. nicht bewiesen werden. Sehr wohl nachgewiesen wurde der Nutzen von 3,4-DAP.

In der Studie wurden diese Wirkstoffe in die Vene gespritzt.

 

 

„A recent double - blind crossover trial with intravenous administration of 3,4 - DAP, pyridostigmin, or both confi rmed the therapeutic value of 3,4 - DAP, but could not demonstrate an additional role for pyridostigmin.“
